The Hollow Knight font that players search for is the game's title lettering: elegant classical serif capitals with a slight hand-drawn wobble, crisp wedge serifs, a pale bone-white color, and curling filigree ornaments above and below the word, set against deep blue-black. No. Fontique does not host the game typeface or reproduce its logo. This is a fan-made generator that renders your text in an original hand-inked gothic style inspired by that title. You download a unique AI image, not an installable font file.
Images you generate are yours to use, and the gothic style is fine for overlays, banners, and even commercial work. The game name, logo, and characters are trademarks of the developer, so do not use the name as a brand or imply your project is official.
Quick offers experimental transparent PNG in the studio. Transparency has been checked on two low-quality 1K examples, not separately on every style; smoke, glow, and fine detail can leave semi-transparent edges. Standard and Pro currently retain a background, and image edits do not preserve transparency. For predictable transparent lettering with bundled font shapes, use Text to PNG at /tools/text-to-png. It creates new text graphics and does not remove backgrounds from AI images.
This page does not host a Hollow Knight font file. The official game pages linked in the lettering reference section have not confirmed the exact title or interface typefaces for this guide. That is intentional. The style is hand-drawn, so stroke widths vary a little and the serifs are not perfectly symmetrical, which is what gives it a storybook, ancient feel. If you want crisper edges, try the Ancient Stone preset, where the letters are carved rather than inked.
