Same queue — tag the subject [Trademark]

Before you write

What to put in the subject line

Four tags, one inbox. Tagging the subject is the difference between a same-day answer and a slow one.

01[Support]

A render failed or looks wrong

Include the page URL, the exact text you typed, the preset and the tier. If a credit was spent on a render that never arrived, say so — we refund those.

02[Billing]

Payments, receipts and refunds

Send the email address on the account and the date of the charge. We do not need your card details and will never ask for them.

03[Trademark]

Rights holders and takedowns

Name the page URL and the mark concerned. Pages describing a look associated with a brand carry a visible notice; if you own the mark and want a page changed or removed, these go to the front of the queue.

04[Correction]

Something on a page is wrong

Prices, render times, character support — if a page states something inaccurate, tell us which sentence. Corrections are made against the source and the page date is bumped.

Already have an account?

Tickets opened from inside the app arrive with your render history attached, which usually saves a round of questions.

Contacting Fontique

Open a ticket from Settings → Tickets, or from the support button on any page. Put the tag from the list above in the subject so it is routed correctly. We aim to reply within 48 working hours.

Yes, if you have an account. Signed-in users can open a ticket from the support button in the corner of any page, or from Settings → Tickets, and replies appear in the same thread. Email is the route for anyone without an account.

Email the page URL and roughly when it happened. Credits spent on a render that never produced an image are returned — that is a bug on our side, not a usage charge.

Open a ticket with "[Trademark]" in the subject and the page URL in the body. Every page describing a look associated with a brand already carries a notice saying it is a fan-made interpretation and not affiliated with the rights holder, but we will change or remove a page on request from the owner.

Ask. The published packs stop at 800 credits for $29; if you need more than that or need a proper invoice for accounting, say what volume you are planning and we will sort it out over email.
