flawless mirror-polished gold, crisp bevels, bright specular highlights, elegant serif letterforms
By Fontique EditorialPublished Updated
The Fontique gold font generator produces letters that look cast from solid gold: thick 3D forms with beveled edges, warm yellow highlights rolling into deep amber shadows, and reflections that suggest a real studio environment. It is gold as an object, not a yellow gradient, and that depth is what makes a gold text effect read as luxurious rather than cheap.
Presets cover the range of gold finishes. Polished gives a mirror shine, Brushed adds fine directional grain, Antique darkens the recesses, Rose Gold shifts the tone pink, and Gold Leaf breaks the surface into hammered foil. Each one works with serif, script, or blocky lettering.
Gold lettering is a staple for wedding invitations, luxury brand logos, award graphics, jewelry packaging, and premium YouTube channel art. Quick generation downloads as JPG. Choose Standard and PNG in the studio for a PNG of the complete gold lettering composition. As a gold text generator it covers both ends of the look: Gold Leaf for flat, elegant lettering and Polished for heavy 3D bars that catch the light.

FAQ
It is rendered as a three-dimensional object. The generator gives the letters thickness, beveled edges, and environment reflections, so highlights and shadows fall the way they would on real cast gold. Flat gradients cannot reproduce that depth, which is why AI gold looks convincing.
Quick offers experimental transparent PNG in the studio. Transparency has been checked on two low-quality 1K examples, not separately on every style; smoke, glow, and fine detail can leave semi-transparent edges. Standard and Pro currently retain a background, and image edits do not preserve transparency. For predictable transparent lettering with bundled font shapes, use Text to PNG at /tools/text-to-png. It creates new text graphics and does not remove backgrounds from AI images.
Yes. Images you generate belong to you and can be used in commercial work such as brand logos, product packaging, event branding, and advertising. We add no watermark and require no attribution, so the gold is ready for client delivery.
You receive free credits when you sign up, and a standard image costs 100 credits at 1K. Additional credit packs are available on the pricing page, with no subscription required. Credit packs have a stated validity period; check pricing and your account for expiry dates.
Polished with a script or serif letterform gives the classic look, while Rose Gold suits softer palettes with blush and ivory. Use the finished image as a panel in your card design, and keep names or dates short for the cleanest bevels. The generated background stays in the file.

A letterform shape is not copyrightable in the United States, but the font file that draws it and the brand name that uses it can still be protected — so Fontique renders original lettering as images and never redistributes a typeface.
